• Customer Price Base



Any number of price bases can be created and link with customers
Ex: Whole Sale Price Base, Retail Price Base, Outstation Price Base, With VAT Price Base etc.

• Sales Order

Invoice can be done under sales order or directly.

• Sales Return



Sales return can be done with previous bill or without previous bill

• Customer Receipt



Customer Receipt can be created with invoice or without invoice as Advance Payment Cash, Card, Cheque, Bank Transfer or invoice can settle with other accounts such as discount, returns

• Supplier Price Base

• Purchase Order/Import Purchase Order

GRN can be done under Purchas Order or directly.

• Purchase Return



Purchase return can be done with previous bill or without previous bill

• Payment Voucher



Payment Voucher can be created with GRN or without GRN as Supplier Advance Payment Cash, Card, Cheque, Bank Transfer or GRN can settle with other accounts such as discount, returns etc.

Production is the most difficult area to manage in an organization. SERP has varies kind of production modules to cater all types of production patterns

Internal transfer is the process to transfer stock from one store to another store in same branch

This process enable to transfer goods from one branch to another branch.

Stock will keep in a inter-mediate location till approve from the receiver branch

• Transfer In



User just have to click a button to get in to the stock

• Stock Adjustment



This process enable to keep the stocks balances correctly with physical balances.
